Thursday marks three years since the tragic accident that claimed the lives of Kobe Bryant, his daughter, Gianna, and seven others.

Kobe Bryant is being remembered by the National Basketball Association (NBA) and the basketball fraternity on his death anniversary.

Three years ago, on the sad day of January 26, 2020, basketball legend Kobe Bryant, his 13-year-old daughter Gianna and seven others died in a helicopter crash in Calabasas, California.

Several teams immediately came together to mourn the loss that day with a 24-second shot clock violation in tribute to Bryant’s retired No. 24 jersey, one of Bryant’s two jerseys, in the rafters of Crypto.com Arena. Was hanging.
